Smith Kinneir Ltd is a private, family run, housebuilding business which is rooted in Wiltshire. All our directors and staff live in the county and wherever possible we source our materials and labour locally.
We specialise in building on small, brownfield sites using energy efficient timber frame from sustainable sources. Our homes are built skilfully and solidly by an experienced team of local craftsmen and we make every effort to ensure that the work is carried out with care and attention to detail. As well as new build, we also have extensive experience of bringing older properties back to life through sensitive refurbishment.
